Refund policy

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the customer via JazzCash or bank transfer (IBAN) only. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. The refunded amount will be credited within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment channel. Customers are required to provide correct JazzCash details or IBAN information to avoid delays. Shipping and delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.
